> How long does it take to ship a package?
For UPS Ground orders, please allow 1-2 days to process your order for shipping. Packages shipped via Ground typically arrive within 8-10 business days. Orders shipped via 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air will be processed and shipped the same business day, provided they are received by 12pm PST. For packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii , we are unable to guarantee delivery times.

NOTE: Priority service is not available for some oversized items, for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, and for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Please add a $20 USD shipping surcharge to all of the above shipping costs for orders shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii and Military Addresses.

> 3 Day Rush Delivery
For an extra charge of shipping cost we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations.
(If we receive your order by 2 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Friday.) Note: 3 Day Rush service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

> 2 Day Air Delivery
For an extra charge of shipping cost we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 2 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Thursday.) Note: 2 Day Air service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

> Next Day Delivery
For an extra charge of shipping cost we can arrange for Next Day Delivery by UPS to most destinations. We do our best to ship the order the same day it is placed. However, it can take up to one day to process. (If we receive your order by 2 pm PST Monday you'll receive your purchase no later than Wednesday evening.) Note: UPS Next Day service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

> Delivery Surcharges  
Because some toys, furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge which is applied during checkout; this charge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed under Standard Delivery Charges above.

> Address Corrections
There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address, which is just the same fee we are charged for correcting the address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
We charge standard UPS or USPS ground rates for shipping in the continental US. (Rates are calculated by the recipient's location). There is also a nominal handling charge added to each order. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
